About the Role
We’re seeking a results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead and scale our sales organization in the office furniture solutions sector. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with a verifiable track record of success in driving revenue, leading high-performing teams, and building long-term client relationships. This role will shape VersaDesk’s sales strategy, expand our market presence, and drive continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share in the office furniture and ergonomic solutions industry
- Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed revenue goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and enterprise-level accounts
- Oversee pipeline forecasting, reporting, and sales performance analytics using HubSpot or equivalent CRM systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to align initiatives for sustainable growth
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitive activity to refine go-to-market strategies
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Present performance reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years in a senior or executive sales leadership role, preferably within office furniture, interiors, or related B2B industries
- Verifiable and proven history of achieving and exceeding sales targets across multiple sales channels
- Expertise in CRM systems, particularly HubSpot or equivalent platforms
- Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and inspire a top-performing sales team
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to turn data and insights into actionable plans
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
