In this critical leadership role, you will oversee the entire production lifecycle—from supply chain and procurement to assembly and shipping. You will be tasked with scaling our operations, optimizing efficiency, ensuring top-tier product quality, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Operations

  • Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production schedules are met safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Develop and execute production strategies that align with the company's short-term and long-term revenue goals.
  • Implement Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement principles (e.g., 5S, Six Sigma) to reduce waste and optimize production costs.

Quality & Safety

  • Maintain rigorous quality control standards to minimize defects, reduce scrap, and guarantee 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Enforce OSHA compliance and cultivate a proactive culture of workplace safety.

Team Management & Development

  • Lead and mentor the production team, including plant managers, supervisors, and floor staff.
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics for the production floor, conducting regular performance reviews and driving accountability.

Supply Chain & Inventory

  • Manage procurement and inventory levels, balancing the need to fulfill orders quickly while minimizing carrying costs.
  • Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure cost-effective raw materials and timely deliveries.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in an executive or senior management role.
