Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Factory Floor Manager to oversee assembly, paint, and baking
processes while managing daily floor operations. This role is responsible for ensuring
productivity, quality, safety, and workflow efficiency across all production stages. This is an
immediate opening for a dependable leader who thrives in fast-paced, operational
environments.

Key Responsibilities
● Oversee day-to-day factory floor operations, including assembly, paint, and baking
departments
● Manage workflow, production schedules, and daily output targets
● Supervise, train, and support floor staff across multiple production areas
● Ensure quality control standards are met at every stage of production
● Monitor safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
● Coordinate with upper management on production planning, staffing, and operational
needs
● Identify and resolve floor issues quickly to prevent delays or quality issues
● Enforce standard operating procedures and continuous improvement practices

Preferred Background
● Hospitality management, restaurant management, executive chef, or manufacturing
leadership experience
● Experience managing teams in fast-paced, process-driven environments
● Familiarity with production workflows, quality control, or operational efficiency is a plus
Requirements
● 7–10+ years of management or supervisory experience
● Verifiable work history
● 4-year college degree
● Proven leadership and team management skills
● Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
● Ability to manage people, priorities, and pressure in a production setting
● Comfortable working on the factory floor and leading by example
